Hours and Scheduling
Presently, OMG is a lifestyle oriented business. This means that I don't have a set schedule and you can book anytime from 8am to 10pm that doesn't already have something going on that day... (THIS IS FOR SCHEDULE VIEWING CONVENIENCE ONLY> NOT FOR ONLINE BOOKING :) Below is a link to my Google Calender where you can see some of my "set in stone" busy days and pre-booked appointments...
My Limit is 3 - 120 min. or 4 - 90 min. or 5 - 60 min. sessions in one day. And 12 - 120 min. or 16 - 90 min. or 20 - 60 min. sessions a week. Thank you for understanding that I prefer my hands not to fall off!
Cancellation Policy I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 24 hour advance notice is required to avoid half charge when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the half of the amountof your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
3 hour advance notice to avoid full charge when cancelling an appointment. Please understand that I am running a business, and the time that is not spent working is time wasted. Be absolutely sure that you can make it before you book your appointment. If it's anything less than 3 hour notice, then I don't really have any time to fill that space. The full amount of your session will be charged prior to your next appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment without any cancellation for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
I look forward to serving you!
